We’ll run a full deep-scan to detect and remove viruses, spyware, and other malware — getting your system back to full health.

In some rare cases, a full system wipe and recovery may be needed. If that happens, we’ll talk it through with you first so you can decide what’s right.

Data Backup & Recovery

We’ll safely copy your photos, documents, and important files to a USB drive (device not included), so nothing gets lost.
We also offer data recovery for damaged or failing drives, and can transfer files from your old device to your new one — fast and hassle-free.

Battery Replacement

If your laptop won’t hold charge or shuts down unexpectedly, we can replace the battery and get it running reliably again — no guesswork, just honest advice.

New Device Setup

Just unboxed a new PC or laptop? We’ll get it set up properly from the start — installing your operating system, running all the updates, and configuring any software you’ve purchased. We’ll also install antivirus protection and remove the unnecessary bloatware that comes pre-loaded, so your device runs clean and fast.
